Abstract

This study reports on a survey developed and implemented by Dickinson College students and Sadler Health Center Corporation (Sadler) staff to evaluate services offered at Sadler. The anonymous survey was administered in the Sadler waiting room in November 2010. Survey results indicate high overall patient satisfaction with services at the center and an increased demand for dental services and appointment accessibility. The results of this survey will be used by Sadler to determine areas of improvement and necessary future changes.
