Differential Equations in Music and Dance
Journal of Mathematics and the Arts
This is the second paper in a series that connects ideas from differential equations to relevant and interesting material from the arts and humanities. In this article, we investigate a variety of works in music and dance. We present applications to musical composition, to performance techniques in classical guitar and to choreographing dance.
